Final Reflection

 Module Learning: At the start of this semester, my key goals were to take more initiative and take more authoritative roles when communicating. I'd like to believe I have done so by taking the role of a group leader for my technical report group. This role has helped me to delegate tasks and ensure smooth collaboration with my peers. Additionally, during this time period, I have also taken up a new job, and while I still find it scary to talk to my superior, sometimes I recognize I am growing more confident in these interactions. By actively reflecting on my experiences, I have become more aware of areas that I can improve, such as asserting my ideas more clearly and asking questions with more confidence. To further enhance these skills in the upcoming future, I ai to seek more opportunities where I can have constructive discussions and engage in critical self-reflection. By continuously applying what I have learned, I hope to continue to strengthen my ability to think critically ...
